Responsibilities- Interview patients to obtain all necessary account information and verify insurance coverage
- Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that all necessary signatures are obtained for treatments
- Verify insurance benefits and determine pre-certification/authorization status via online or other resources
- Assign insurance plans accurately and process patient charts according to paperwork flow needs and established productivity standards
- Understand and explain policies regarding services, pricing, insurance billing, and payment of account
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
