Job Overview

RMSL is seeking a skilled and versatile IT/Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's technological infrastructure and physical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vendors for onsite/offsite maintenance and IT work, including MSP and MSSP maintenance/upgrades, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance/upgrades, IT equipment maintenance/upgrades, grounds keeping, waste and recycling, interior and exterior maintenance, upgrades, and cleaning, vehicle and machinery maintenance, and building security.
  • Complete internal work orders, including setting up and troubleshooting computers and workstations, level one HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, general handyman tasks, grounds maintenance, tracking facility maintenance work orders using our CMMS, area ownership for the 5-S program, and daily check-in/check-out of energetic material to the R&D and Testing team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or degree in IT, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance.
  • Ability to become an employee possessor of energetic material.
  • The ability to acquire certification to operate and train on non-test equipment and tooling, including the forklift and fab shop equipment.
  • Proven experience in IT and facility maintenance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
