Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning of office and restrooms on a daily basis to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Maintenance of models and show units to ensure they are presented in an excellent condition.
  • Cleaning and preparation of vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
  • Ensuring all vacancies remain fresh and odorless.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of laundry facilities, clubrooms, and other amenities (if applicable).
  • Safe handling and management of cleaning chemicals.
  • Maintenance of supply inventory and making timely requests for supplies as needed.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, our benefits package includes:
