We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist and Relationship Specialist to join our esteemed medical facility at Rekindle Marriage and Family Therapy. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide vital counseling and therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, specializing in relationship dynamics and mental wellness.

  • Establish a positive, trusting rapport with patients, fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment for open communication.
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, with a focus on relationship-based therapies and evidence-based practices.
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances, incorporating a holistic approach to mental wellness.
  • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment, and adjust treatment plans as necessary, promoting a collaborative and empowering approach to therapy.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress, monitoring the effectiveness of treatment plans and making adjustments as needed.
  • Involve and advise family members when appropriate, promoting a supportive network for patients and their loved ones.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Clinical Psychologist and Relationship Specialist or similar role, with a strong background in relationship dynamics and mental wellness.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Empathy for clients, with a strong understanding of the importance of a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to therapy.
  • Confidentiality with client information, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient boundaries.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Clinical Psychologist and Relationship Specialist, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and relationship-based therapies.
