About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in delivering compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work in a hospital setting and leverage your nursing skills to provide specialized nephrology care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of patient treatments and adaptation to varied schedules based on patient needs
  • Delivering dialysis services to patients at a contracted healthcare system
  • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Fostering a positive environment that promotes patient well-being and staff satisfaction

About You:

  • CURRENT Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing preferred; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Demonstrated experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg)
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certifications a plus
