Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Service Associate to join our team at Five County Credit Union. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing transactions, and assisting with new account openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with a variety of account requests, resolutions, and inquiries
• Process transactions and new account services to members
• Identify and successfully cross-sell products and services that contribute to the financial well-being of members
• Prepare and open new consumer accounts, identify and collect required documents, and onboard new members with a suite of products
• Process account applications in accordance with credit union policies, including performing all required and regulatory verifications

Requirements

• Professional and friendly attitude and appearance
• People-oriented, helpful, and open to new ideas and change
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Basic math and computer skills

Work Environment

The work environment is an office setting with a moderate noise level. The employee may not be able to easily leave the work area unless for a scheduled break. Temperatures in the climate-controlled office may fluctuate.
