We are seeking a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team at Northside Family Dental in northeast Columbus. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of others through dentistry.

About the Role
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel at ease.
  • Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have.
  • Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories.
  • Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection.
  • Provide dental hygiene services including plaque removal, dental prophylaxis, fluoride, sealants, scaling and root planning.
  • Teach good oral hygiene techniques.
  • Take x-rays.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Assist the dentist during procedures and exams as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of dental hygiene.
  • Current Dental Hygienist licensure.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in dental hygiene.
  • Current CPR certification (re-certification provided).
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines.
  • Ability to comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations in order to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including holiday pay, paid time off, health reimbursement arrangements, retirement plans, continuing education assistance, profit sharing bonuses, and relocation assistance.
