Position Overview:

  • Oversee the needs of residents while supervising the activities of CNAs and Nurse Aides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and fellow team members.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents and evaluate care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as required.
  • Manage the inventory of medical supplies and medications efficiently.
  • Safeguard the rights of patients and residents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and cleanliness standards diligently.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current LVN license.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or community health is preferred.
  • Familiarity with State and Federal regulations is essential.
  • Proficient command of the English language.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • The role demands physical endurance, including walking, standing, and lifting.
  • Ability to wear protective equipment is required.
  • Specific vision capabilities are necessary for the role.
  • Exposure to various environmental elements, such as moisture and noise, is expected.
