About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team at Performance Optimal Health. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert instruction and guidance to clients during Pilates sessions, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.
  • Develop and implement personalized exercise plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.
Requirements
  • Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization.
  • Experience teaching Pilates on various apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, and Barrel.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Pilates instructor.
