Performance Optimal Health is seeking a dedicated Pilates Reformer Coach. Our organization embraces a comprehensive approach to wellness and rehabilitation, with the ultimate goal of empowering clients to enhance their quality of life.
Each client undergoes a personalized Optimal Health Assessment, enabling us to customize their care plan according to their individual requirements through a diverse range of our offerings.
Our services are grounded in the Four Pillars of Optimal Health: exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management. Our team comprises highly skilled professionals across these pillars, prioritizing the client’s journey.
About Us:
This year marks a significant milestone for us as we celebrate our 20-year anniversary, and we are eager to expand our Pilates Team. We are in search of a part-time Pilates instructor with the potential for full-time opportunities.

In this role, you will concentrate on enhancing the client experience and empowering clients to lead healthier lives by collaborating with our other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional and attentive client care during Pilates sessions.
- Assess individual and/or semi-private groups, tailoring sessions to meet clients' needs on any given day.
- Work with a diverse clientele, from those aiming to improve their fitness to individuals undergoing treatment from physical or occupational therapists.
Due to the nature of the role, instructors are expected to possess a foundational understanding of therapeutic Pilates and/or a strong interest in anatomy and therapy.
Collaboration:
Pilates Coaches will be integral members of a multidisciplinary team, expected to communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure the best possible experience for clients.

Qualifications:
- Must hold certification from an accredited organization to instruct Pilates fitness sessions (mat certification/anatomy certification).
- Certified on all studio apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Barrel).
- A minimum of two years of Pilates instructing experience is preferred.
