Key Responsibilities- Gain comprehensive knowledge of branch operations by shadowing experienced team members and performing various roles within the branch.
- Assist in enhancing branch sales through proactive communication with dealers regarding new product launches, services, and promotions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels including in-person interactions, phone inquiries, and email correspondence.
- Manage sales functions including order processing, payment handling, and ensuring accurate information is entered for orders.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to assess satisfaction levels with products and services.
- Maintain organized records and prepare reports on sales activities while managing inventory effectively.
- Expand knowledge of HVAC products and stay updated on industry trends.
- Learn the responsibilities of all roles within the branch, including Customer Service Representatives, Warehouse Associates, Drivers, and Branch Managers.
- Collaborate positively with management and peers to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure the branch showroom and warehouse are well-stocked, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong theoretical knowledge typically acquired through advanced education.
- Ability to learn and master all branch operations within 8-12 months, preparing for a transition to Branch Manager.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Leadership potential, including skills in delegation and performance management.
- Knowledge of HVAC products is preferred.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently when required.
- Understanding of company policies and procedures.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or HVAC is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
