Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and various software applications.
- Replace laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 10.
- Re-image machines from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
- Assist users with any logged IT-related incidents as needed.
- Take ownership of issues by performing problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent solutions, escalating incidents to other support teams when necessary.
- Accurately record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system.
- Install and configure new IT equipment.
- Resolve incidents and upgrade various types of software and hardware.
- Address issues with printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated efficiently and appropriately.
