Job Summary

The Shuttle Driver drives passengers to and from assigned locations, ensuring a safe and efficient transportation experience. This role requires a high level of customer service, as the driver will interact with passengers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport passengers to and from assigned locations, adhering to schedules and routes.
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including those with special needs.
  • Help passengers with luggage as needed.
  • Inspect vehicles regularly to identify any safety concerns or maintenance issues.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities on the shuttle.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain and enforce bus evacuation procedures, coordinating activities as necessary.
  • Report any incidents or claims to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
  • Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment, keeping accurate fuel use logs.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, disinfecting the shuttle after each use.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Six months of prior experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • This role may require a CDL with a specific class and P endorsement requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years of prior passenger shuttle experience is preferred.
