Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of office and industrial properties.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach to property management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement action plans to optimize property performance.
  • Work closely with the executive team to achieve strategic objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate vendor service contracts and foster relationships to ensure optimal performance and competitive pricing.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements and operational reports accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct annual CAM reconciliations and necessary re-forecasts.
