Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager

Job Summary:
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly skilled Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager to join our Retail Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in integrating DEIB principles into our daily operations and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with retail excellence and retail learning teams to develop and implement inclusive retail practices.
- Provide training and resources to retail staff to improve their understanding of DEIB principles and their application in client interactions.
- Work closely with retail leadership to ensure that DEIB principles are integrated into all aspects of retail operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support DEIB initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in DEIB roles, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of DEIB principles and their application in a retail context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
