About the Position

We are seeking a highly qualified faculty member to join our Business Analytics program at Calvin University. As a tenure-track faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in business analytics, developing and maintaining curriculum, and engaging in scholarly research and publication.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in business analytics, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
  • Develop and maintain curriculum to ensure alignment with industry needs and academic standards
  • Engage in scholarly research and publication in top-tier journals and conferences
  • Advise students on academic and professional matters
  • Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and community engagement

Requirements

  • PhD or other terminal degree in business analytics, information systems, data science, business statistics, or a related business discipline
  • Master's degree or ABD in the above disciplines with five years of relevant business experience
  • Strong teaching and research record, with a commitment to excellence in both areas
  • Ability to integrate faith and learning in the classroom and through research
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of academic work
