Learning Facilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning Facilitation Professional to join our team at Humana. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs to our employees and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct or facilitate training courses for organization employees or external audiences.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of training programs, including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training.
- Select appropriate materials and create an environment conducive to learning and exchanging information.
- Monitor training personnel records to ensure employees have met all company training requirements.
- Analyze course evaluations to judge effectiveness and implement suggestions for improvements.
- Evaluate the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN with a valid unrestricted license in the State of Florida, or a minimum of four, (4) years relevant experience working in a healthcare setting in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year Care Coach or Case Management experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, in a Windows-based environment.
- 2+ years of Adult Training experience.
- Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience.
- Experience managing projects or processes.
This role requires a combination of remote work at home and onsite visits at member's location. Must reside in either one of region 7 counties: Seminole, Orange, Brevard, Osceola, or within a reasonable drive in surrounding contiguous counties Lake, Volusia, Polk, Okeechobee, Indian River.
