Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Act as an ambassador for the building, greeting guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones
  • Ensure the front desk and host station are clean and organized
  • Manage wait times and communicate information to guests, team members, and managers
  • Process transactions and reconcile monies from banks
  • Sell merchandise from the front desk

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
