Our science-based, full-body workout uses technology to measure performance, and our highly trained coaches lead members through a 60-minute class that targets the Orange Zone to raise heart rates and charge up metabolism.

Job Description

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for greeting members, presenting the OTF concept, working at the front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships. You'll also participate in marketing and outreach events, and ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members with enthusiasm and energy
  • Presentation of the OTF concept to interested consumers
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones and talking to members
  • Give studio tours
  • Work with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
  • Follow up with prospective clients
  • Handle members' concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about fitness, have excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a team environment. If you're enthusiastic, positive, and can talk to anyone, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation

$16.00 per hour
