We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who prioritize safety and excel in customer engagement.

At Earth Rideshare, we provide the electric vehicle, and you bring your positive attitude and navigational skills.

Our drivers enjoy a fun atmosphere while ensuring a secure, comfortable, and punctual ride using our fleet or an approved electric vehicle owned by the driver. As an EV Operator, you will represent our brand and be recognized as a knowledgeable figure in the electric vehicle industry.

Our diverse fleet includes models such as the Tesla Model S, 3, X, and Y, Polestar 2, and Ford Mach-E Mustangs, with more vehicles on the horizon.

To qualify, drivers must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record without recent violations, and successfully complete a background check prior to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming environment and engage in friendly conversation with passengers.
  • Complete the electric vehicle training program provided by Earth Rideshare.
  • Utilize the driver application to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs at designated locations.
  • Report any road or vehicle issues to the Earth team to facilitate necessary route adjustments.
  • Inform passengers about the advantages of electric vehicles.
  • Use downtime between rides to promote Earth Rideshare, including distributing business cards.
  • Assist clients with their luggage during loading and unloading.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle between rides.
  • Ensure the vehicle is adequately charged throughout your shift, using charging stations as required.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record with no recent traffic violations.
  • Proficiency with mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
  • Availability for weekend and evening shifts.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional while driving.
