Anesthesia Technician Specialist

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

An ideal candidate will have at least two years of acute care experience with required credentials/licensure (CAT; EMT-P; LPN; EMT-B; CMA or CCMA or CNA) and possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed, and able to function in a stressful and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

This role is responsible for setting up, moving, preparing, and maintaining all anesthesia machines, equipment, and supplies for the Anesthesiologist. The Anesthesia Technician Senior assists the Anesthesiologists with invasive and non-invasive monitoring and participates in the orientation, training, and education of new personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Successful completion and certification/licensure in one of the following: Anesthesia Technician/Technologist program; EMT Paramedic or Basic program; Practical Nursing program; Medical Assistant program; State recognized CNA program;
  • Minimum of two (2) years acute care experience with required credentials/licensure (CAT; EMT-P; LPN; EMT-B; CMA or CCMA or CNA);
