About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anesthesia Tech Supervisor to join our team at VCU Health. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Job Summary

The Anesthesia Tech Supervisor will serve as operational supervisor to the Anesthesia Technicians, overseeing day-to-day functions and ensuring seamless workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage Anesthesia Technicians
  • Oversee cleaning of airway equipment and maintain corporate compliance
  • Handle, transport, access, and/or contact medication and related supplies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a medical support role in Anesthesia
  • Certification as a Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.A.T.) or equivalent
  • BLS certification
Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of $62,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
