Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Collins Aerospace, an RTX company. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and ensure product reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of quality control activities and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
