About the Position:

You will support our community by delivering treatment programming services, conducting group and individual sessions, and implementing scheduled program curriculum. You will engage participants daily, reinforce group rules and expectations, and work with them to develop and implement treatment/action plans.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver treatment programming services to participants and conduct group and/or individual sessions
  • Effectively implement scheduled program curriculum, leads and participates in face-to-face group and individual meetings utilizing motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other therapeutic processes
  • Engage participants daily, reinforce group rules and expectation for participation and completion
  • Works directly with participants to develop and implement treatment/action plans and educate participants about supportive networks as they return to the community

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
