Job Summary

This role involves supervising and training AOD treatment staff, developing and overseeing the curriculum of evidence-based groups, and ensuring compliance with policy and licensure standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance abuse treatment, including experience in outpatient and residential settings, detox protocols, and co-occurring disorders. A minimum of Licensure in the State of California as LCSW and certification as an AOD Counselor are required.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism within the organization.
