Key Responsibilities:
- Provide education and support to healthcare professionals on the use of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators.
- Offer routine customer service to patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
- Manage inventory and participate in audits to ensure compliance.
- Verify patient benefits and collect upfront payments.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
- Adhere to Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, and HIPAA requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic or physical therapy environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to access hospital accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Holds and maintains applicable professional credentials, such as Athletic Training licensure or Board of Certification (BOC) certification.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Provides patient care in physician's offices, hospitals, and clinics.
- This role involves potential exposure to airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Travel requirements may include up to 10% of the time, but overnight travel is not required.
