Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary:
AnMed Health seeks a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to provide high-quality patient care and support to our adult and geriatric patient populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs utilizing the nursing process.
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and their families, prioritizing care delivery based on individual patient needs and complexity of patient workload.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, other healthcare providers, patients, and their families to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Manage and provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families, applying independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members.
Qualifications:
- SC RN license required.
- BLS, ACLS, and BSN preferred. BLS and ACLS must be successfully completed within 90 days from date of hire.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize care delivery based on individual patient needs and complexity of patient workload and assessment findings required.
