About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of User Experience Design to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our People Experience Technology (PXT) Talent Acquisition (TA) Products organization, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered digital experiences for candidates and internal Amazonians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of Amazon's recruitment experience, developing a strategic vision and design strategy to evolve the organization's approach to talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TA delivery, engineering, and product teams, to drive design and research initiatives.
  • Grow and coach a team of designers and researchers to deliver high-impact products and experiences.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class UX design practices, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for users.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong track record of shipping large-scale, high-impact products.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams and mentoring senior-level designers and researchers.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and InVision.
  • Post-graduate degree in UX design or a related field.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $162,300/year to $268,400/year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
