Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will encompass a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing administrative assistance to field nurses.
- Coordinating and scheduling nurse appointments.
- Addressing inquiries through phone and email communications.
- Collaborating with other service providers and clients to ensure timely appointments.
- Validating documentation within client electronic records.

The successful candidate will:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and adaptable to our internal software systems.
- Be comfortable navigating electronic platforms, including websites, cloud-based communication systems, and electronic medical records.
- Exhibit professionalism in phone communications.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience in administrative or client support roles.
