Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Providing administrative assistance to field nurses.
  • Coordinating and scheduling nurse appointments.
  • Addressing inquiries through phone and email communications.
  • Collaborating with other service providers and clients to ensure timely appointments.
  • Validating documentation within client electronic records.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and adaptable to our internal software systems.
  • Be comfortable navigating electronic platforms, including websites, cloud-based communication systems, and electronic medical records.
  • Exhibit professionalism in phone communications.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in administrative or client support roles.
