Personal Trainer Job Description

As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will have the opportunity to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients
  • Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans
  • Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and management
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques
Requirements:
  • Current Personal Training certification from a nationally-recognized program
  • Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and technology skills
