As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating software, including Xactimate
  • Experience working with renovations and restorations for insurance claims
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
