Job Overview

The Field Experience Operations Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for coordinating student field experience progress and development. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding all matters related to field experience, including requirements, site search support resources, application process, registration, and issues that arise during field experience.
  • Coordinate comprehensive operations and academic review of field experience applications, ensuring all facets of the application process are completed.
  • Work with team members in the School's Office of Field Experience to assist graduate students who require field experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
  • Masters degree from an accredited university required, preferably in counseling or a related field.
  • PhD preferred.
  • At least 3 years' experience with student support in a university setting required.
