Senior Logistics Engineer

At SEGULA Technologies, we're looking for a Senior Logistics Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing efficient logistics processes that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing lean manufacturing concepts and best practices to optimize logistics procedures
- Defining strategies to improve manpower workload balancing and decrease logistics costs
- Implementing future material handling flows and supporting physical and electronic processes and documentation
- Creating process standardizations, operator expectations, and related KPIs
- Strong data purification and analysis skills; must be able to make data-driven decisions and influence
- Defining and executing warehouse layout and process optimization
- Understanding packaging structure and executing adjustments for inventory volumes changes
- Helping create a facility founded on a Plan for Every Part (PFEP) station layout with just-in-time deliveries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain, or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in logistics, logistics engineering, and/or logistics project management in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, planning, organization, and visualization/presentation skills
- Greenfield and/or existing factory and process design and implementation experience
