Kearny Bank is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Insurance Administrator to join our team. As a Commercial Loan Insurance Administrator, you will be responsible for handling the full insurance collection and review of commercial loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain, review, and complete checklists for all commercial loan insurance requirements.
  • Obtain, review, and complete checklists for all commercial loan flood insurance requirements.
  • Monitor and send appropriate letters for flood zone changes and flood insurance cancellations.
  • Responsible for all Allied functions, including CPI Billing, Report distribution, Verify Data, and uploading insurance.
  • Fiserv System maintenance, including updating flood policy dates, flood zones, and escrow addenda's.
  • Contact with Allied, insurance agents, insurance brokers, insurance companies, customers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Complete daily report reviews and projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all other regulatory, security, and bank policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to three years of experience required.
  • Allied or insurance tracking software experience preferred.
  • Commercial insurance (hazard/flood) experience required.
  • Fiserv experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel) required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Excellent customer service skills and investigative skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions, and elevate insurance deficiencies to management.
