Position Summary:
The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective delivery of healthcare services and driving strategic initiatives that align with the clinic's objectives. The Vice President will collaborate closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to implement policies, manage resources, and enhance the quality of patient care. In the absence of the CEO, the Vice President will assume leadership responsibilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-7 Directors.
  • Promote a collaborative and positive workplace culture that encourages professional growth.
  • Conduct performance assessments and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Manage employee terminations in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets and resource allocation.
  • Work with the CEO and leadership team to formulate and execute strategic plans.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to enhance patient care.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies.
  • Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and care quality.
  • Implement patient-centered care models and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Address and resolve patient complaints effectively.
  • Oversee the clinic's financial management and cost-control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Manage audits and inspections effectively.
  • Oversee healthcare technology systems and ensure data security.
  • Represent the clinic in community and professional organizations.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and insurers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in healthcare management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven expertise in financial management and budgeting.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
