Job Title: IT Service Management Specialist

Job Description:

APN Consulting is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management Specialist to join our team. As an IT Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing IT service management systems, including ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage IT service management systems, including ServiceNow
  • Provide support to implement ServiceNow projects
  • Liaise between the client and functional/technical teams
  • Develop and maintain a project plan and integrated schedule in support of assigned capability
  • Create, review, and update documents and matrices, and provide status reports

Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of information technology experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in the following:
    • Hands-on development experience in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
    • Client interaction and project delivery handling while maintaining a high degree of customer relationship and satisfaction
    • Integration of ServiceNow with other applications and toolsets
    • Customer service management, portal development, and internationalization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in ServiceNow domain and how to write and manipulate objects in ServiceNow (both server-side and client-side) with 6+ years of experience
  • Experience in Service Catalog and building workflows/record producers
  • Experience in CMDB module
  • Good experience in writing business rules, script includes, and other server-side components
  • Experience in writing highly performant web applications and an eye for detail
  • Experience in performing test code written on the ServiceNow platform
