Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at L2 Brands. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design Development: Create quality development of key sales collateral, including lookbooks, speed mocks, mock magic set up, mockup requests, style guides, and catalogs.
  2. Graphic Management: Manage and maintain the graphics and headwear portions of the iPad, ensuring information and appearance are up-to-date as products and graphics fluctuate.
  3. Database Management: Manage and maintain the uploading of new graphic launches to the database, keeping information up-to-date as changes occur.
  4. Project Management: Proactively manage deadlines in accordance with calendar.
  5. Collateral Support: Assist with collateral needs pertaining to graphic-related projects, such as sell sheets, graphic books, mood boards, art mocks for catalogs, etc.
  6. Headwear Design: Create custom, relevant, and engaging headwear graphics, focusing on each of our various channels (Collegiate, Resort, Golf, Corporate, etc.) while incorporating new techniques and materials for each season.
  7. Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional team members (Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, Product Development).
  8. Product Knowledge: Maintain understanding of L2's various headwear product lines and brand platforms (Legacy, Ouray, Locale).
  9. Communication: Ability to clearly present and communicate graphic vision to senior leadership.
Requirements
  1. Education: College degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  2. Experience: Graphic Design experience is a plus.
  3. Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses office electronics such as a computer and telephone.

Essential Functions and Physical Demands
  1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
  2. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  3. Light to moderate lifting may be required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time hourly position, and work hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Longer hours, evenings, and weekend work will be necessary as needed.

Travel

This position may require a small amount of travel, less than 5%.
