Job Summary

As a seasoned Program Manager at KBR, you will be responsible for driving the financial success of our SBE Program Management initiatives while meeting customer needs and expectations. With a budget responsibility of $50-80M, you will oversee and approve task planning on multiple large projects, establish direction for functional teams, and balance customer expectations with internal business goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and effort estimates to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through execution steps of a process roadmap, understanding project implications associated with process integration.
  • Apply expertise in estimation methods, critical path analysis, earned value techniques, and integrate process and quality dimensions into resource allocation, time, and functionality.
  • Collaborate with business unit Controller and Marketing organizations to pursue or control business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business operations and associated costs.

Requirements
  • BS/BA in Engineering, Sciences, or related field, with at least 10 years of directly related experience. Advanced degrees preferred.
  • Extensive Program Management experience, with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, travel CONUS and OCONUS, and possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.
  • Must be medically fit, a U.S. Citizen, and possess a passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
  • Fluency in English, with ability to read, write, speak, and understand the language.
