Job Title: Program Manager - Business Projects Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead internal business projects and programs involving departmental or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering products through the design process to completion, planning and directing schedules and project budgets, and monitoring projects from inception through delivery. You may also engage and oversee the work of external vendors. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Lead internal business projects and programs involving departmental or cross-functional teams * Deliver products through the design process to completion * Plan and direct schedules and project budgets * Monitor projects from inception through delivery * Engage and oversee the work of external vendors Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * 7-9 years of experience in program management * PMP Certification (and/or comparable coursework) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: * Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * 10+ years of experience in program management * Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, ITIL Certification desired About Molina Healthcare: Molina Healthcare is a leading healthcare company that offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
