About the Role:

This Clinical Shift Supervisor position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and excellence in our neurology and bariatric departments.

Your responsibilities will include supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care activities, and contributing to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, and participate in ongoing education and training.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to patient-centered care. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience and current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of New Mexico.
