We are seeking an experienced Nurse Care Manager to lead our clinical team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our healthcare organization.

Job Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Nursing Director, you will work with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes. This includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service areas.

About the Role: As a Nurse Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and supervising nursing staff. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to policy development, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Specialty certifications in area of practice preferred
  • Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required
  • Education: Associate Degree from accredited academic nursing program (conditional status may be granted by system CNO)
  • Experience: Minimum one year of nursing experience required

Compensation: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $83,712 - $109,376 based on a 12-hour night shift schedule.
