Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients while adhering to physician orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assure quality nursing care for patients by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.
  • Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure efficient delivery of patient care.
  • Perform treatments scheduled during shift and document accordingly.
  • Maintain infection control measures as necessary and adhere to cleanliness, infection control, and Standard/Universal Precautions.
  • Assist with research related to quality of nursing care and record-keeping tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing and submit proof of renewal every two years. A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is essential for this position. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this Nursing Care Specialist position is between $65,000-$85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
