As a Nursing Care Specialist with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. You will also establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
To succeed in this role, you must have North Carolina CNA certification, current negative TB test, current CPR certification, pass criminal record and background check, and reliable transportation/Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
