Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Embrace our culture of exceptional customer service, greeting each customer with warmth and enthusiasm. Proactively assist them throughout their shopping journey, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved. Your friendly and outgoing demeanor will leave a lasting impression on every customer.
2. Department Leadership: Take charge of your assigned department, setting an example for the team by maintaining a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor. From accurate inventory management to timely restocking, your attention to detail will ensure a seamless shopping experience.
3. Innovation and Collaboration: Share your merchandising ideas, cost control strategies, and sales insights with the Store Manager. Contribute to store meetings, actively participating in discussions to drive the store's success. Your input will shape the future of our operations and enhance our customer offerings.
4. Store Operations: Embrace the responsibility of opening and/or closing the store, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. From cycle counting to inventory maintenance, you will be instrumental in protecting our physical assets and maintaining desirable stock levels.
Qualifications:

- Retail Experience: While formal retail experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a drive to learn and a willingness to go the extra mile. Your adaptability, strong work ethic, and passion for our industry will pave the way for success.
- Physical Stamina: Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and occasionally climbing ladders are all part of the job.
- Full-Time- 30+ hours per week.
- Work/Life Balance- Most locations close at 8pm
- Must have flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
