About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of resident support programs that meet the needs of our diverse population.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster partnerships with community organizations to enhance services and support for residents.
  • Represent AMHA at various events, meetings, and workshops, promoting our mission and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, communications, psychology, or public administration/affairs.

  • Valid Ohio driver's license and insurable under AMHA's policies.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with case management databases.

Estimated Salary: $62,300 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
