Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including forklifts, to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that equipment and products meet quality standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems involving equipment, processes, and materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Experience: At least three years of experience in corrugated manufacturing, maintenance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and experience with PLC programming and control systems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and wear personal protective equipment as needed.
