Job Description

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall well-being of our housing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks in common areas, including restrooms, laundry rooms, and pool decks.
  • Address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, including repairing and replacing equipment as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive living experience for residents, staff, and visitors by maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
  • Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet seat covers, toilet paper, and sanitary supplies.
  • Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a residential or similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of residential mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
