Position Title: Lift Truck Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair lift trucks of various brands, including Crown.
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on customer lift trucks to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage a service vehicle and its inventory effectively.
- Complete necessary documentation following each service call.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is essential.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines, along with the ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strong focus on customer service.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the capability to operate lift trucks safely.
Preferred qualifications include a technical degree, prior experience in lift truck repair, welding skills, and familiarity with various testing equipment.
