Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer assistance. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Implement a customer-centric, needs-oriented evaluation process to inform clients about available insurance solutions.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
Required Qualifications:
- Capability to resolve intricate customer concerns.
- Outstanding communication abilities - both written and verbal, along with active listening skills.
- Commitment to completing tasks accurately and promptly.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Property and Casualty License (must be obtained).
- Life and Health License (must be obtained).
