X-Ray Imaging Specialist

Fast Pace Health is a dynamic and patient-centered healthcare organization seeking a highly skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging services team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services in rural communities.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Perform nursing duties, including measuring and recording patients' vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and performing clinical tasks.
- Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking necessary action.
- Operate or oversee the operation of X-Ray equipment to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
- Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during X-Ray scans.
- Ensure imaging equipment is in proper operating condition, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Assist patients utilizing Virtual Medicine Providers, providing exceptional care and support.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Adhere to the Core Values of the Company, including teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic setting, preferably Urgent Care.
- Indiana Residents Only: In Indiana, Limited Scope License requires a State License and proof of ARRT License.
High School Diploma or Its Equivalent, Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Compliance.
